Facility Overview
Fuefukigawa Fruit Park is an urban park developed under the theme of "a park of flowers, fruits, and wine" located in the Kyōtō region of Yamanashi Prefecture, where visitors can enjoy seasonal fruits.
Within the park, visitors will find the "Kōshū Hatchinka” which refers to the eight unique fruits of the old Kōshū Province during the Edo period. Peaches and grapes are still grown in this region, allowing visitors to see the plants and fruits up close.
There is plenty of playground equipment for children to enjoy, including an aqua athletic field with flowing water and a playful dome called “Wampaku Dome” which visitors can enjoy even on rainy days.
In addition to a restaurant and a cafe, there are also kitchen and workshop rooms that can be reserved in advance for use by groups, allowing both children and adults to enjoy various activities.
At various locations throughout the park, you can experience a sense of openness and observe changes in elevation. From these vantage points, you can overlook the mountains such as Mt. Daibosatsu and the Kofu Basin. On sunny days, the view extends to include Mt. Fuji as well.
The night scenery, which has been certified as one of The New Three Major Night Views of Japan, is particularly impressive when viewed at a leisurely pace from dusk onward.
